Filing of Form DIR-2 of Companies Act, 2013

DIR-2 is an attachment to Spice Form (INC 32) in case of incorporation of new Company or Form 12 in case of appointment of Director to existing Company with one identity and address proof as annexure. Pursuant to Section 152(5) and rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Director) Rules, 2014 under DIR-2 the directors give a consent to act as the directors of the proposed/existing Company and certify that he/she is not disqualified to become a Director under the Companies Act, 2013.
