What is Section 8 Company Registration?
Section 8 Company can be incorporated as a Limited Company with limited liability under the Companies Act with an Objects to promote commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment or any such other object without any suffix to its name. The Company has more credibility as compared to other non-profit organization and gets an exemption from Stamp Duty.

Requirements
- Must be formed with an objects includes promotion of commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment or any such other object.

- Prohibit the payment of any dividend to its members
- Approved Licence from central government to start the business.

- NOC from the owner of the premises
- Utility bill in the name of the owner not more than 2 months old.

DSC preparation
DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) is a token which helps to sign documents digitally with equal importance as compared to physical signature.

Name application through RUN (Optional)
RUN is an online form available on portal after logging in and facilitates name application with two name options at a time.

Getting License
Arrange to get license from the Central Government through application in Form INC 12 and getting Licence in Form INC 16

Get Incorporation Certificate
As the filed Form get approved the COI, TAN and PAN get allotted in the name of the Company.
