1. Information we collect
Contact details submitted via the enquiry form (name, work email, company, role, and the situation you describe). We also collect aggregate website usage data — pages visited, time on site, and referral source — through Google Analytics.
2. How we use it
To respond to advisory enquiries, conduct the first advisory conversation, and manage the engagement relationship. We do not sell or rent personal information.
3. Data sharing
We share enquiry information with Provenience team members involved in your engagement, and with service providers who support our operations — our website host, email provider, and Google Analytics — solely to enable those functions. We do not share your information with any third party for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
We retain enquiry and engagement-related information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver an engagement, and meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations as a corporate advisory firm, after which it is securely deleted.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be directed to our Grievance Officer (Section 8). If unresolved, you may escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India.
