Provenience operates on a senior-advisor-led model. Each engagement is led by a senior advisor with direct accountability for the structural decisions your entity depends on — and the same advisor remains accountable through the life of the relationship. Engagements are structured across four layers:
Foundational work
Entity formation, structural registrations (company, GST, MSME, IEC, sector-specific licences), and initial governance setup. A one-time advisory engagement at a customised professional fee.
Ongoing compliance and governance obligations
Statutory, secretarial, FEMA, tax, and regulatory reporting. A fixed monthly retainer, customised to your entity's footprint.
Specialised mandates case-by-case
Contract advisory, share transfers, regulatory representations, and fundraising support. Billed at industry-standard rates as commissioned.
Government fees and statutory levies
Payable separately, at actuals.
