Provenience started climbing the ladder in the year 2017 with a small team of four people in Gurgaon and over the past seven years, it has expanded to a 16-member strong team with presence in 3 cities in India. Our client base covers global leaders in information technology and management consulting.

BHANU BHARGAVA

FOUNDER AND CEO

Bhanu is a Company Secretary and a Lawyer, with over a decade of experience in tax and legal Consulting domains. He is also the Founder and CEO of Provenience Group Companies ( Tax and Legal Consulting companies), presently leading a team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers, and accountants with offices in Noida and Gurugram.

  • Empaneled as a Mentor at Google, for their tech entrepreneurs in Asia Pacific for the year 2023 for their program Google for Startups, and also empaneled as a Mentor and Startup Booster at India’s Largest business center “91Springboard” since 2016.
  • Advised on Legal and secretarial aspects to MNCs like Berkshire Hathaway and Santafe. Empaneled Legal Advisor with MNC Brands like Bidbox Germany Group India and International and is working with more than 200 startups in India, advising them on Tax, Legal, Labour Law, and Payroll compliances.
  • Advisor on legal structuring relating to Market entry in India, Singapore, and Dubai.
  • Speaker on various Professional platforms including ICSI Chapters (Institute of Company Secretaries of India).

Chartered Accountant
Mr. Vivek Jain, a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Postgraduate, heads the Taxation vertical at Provenience. With over six years of extensive experience, he specializes in providing comprehensive tax solutions, financial reporting, and advisory services across diverse domains.
  • His expertise includes GST compliance management, where he ensures seamless adherence to statutory requirements, and representation in complex assessment cases before tax authorities. He is also proficient in corporate valuations, assisting businesses with accurate valuations for fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • In addition, Mr. Jain excels in international taxation, offering strategic consultancy on cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, and investment strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Under Mr. Jain’s leadership, the Taxation vertical at Provenience delivers client-focused solutions that address intricate taxation challenges while aligning with business goals and regulatory frameworks.

Raksha Saxena

Company Secretary
Ms. Raksha Saxena is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate, heads the Secretarial and Legal functions at Provenience. With over six years of experience, she specializes in secretarial compliance, corporate consultancy, and legal advisory for startups and established organizations
  • Her expertise spans business setup and compliance, corporate secretarial management, and guidance on corporate laws. She is proficient in FEMA regulations and RBI compliances, assisting clients with cross-border transactions and inbound/outbound investments. Additionally, Ms. Saxena is skilled in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and conducting due diligence to ensure robust legal and regulatory compliance.
